October Community Clean Winner: Jorgia's Story
This October, we received an overwhelming number of heartfelt nominations for our Community Clean Giveaway — each recounting the extraordinary strength, resilience, and love that characterize our community. The poignant stories we encountered moved us so much that, for the first time, we made the decision to select two deserving winners.
One of those winners is Jorgia, an extraordinary woman whose quiet fortitude and generosity have profoundly impacted our team.
Throughout her life, Jorgia has dedicated herself to caring for others — including her two children, one who has additional needs and the other who faces various medical challenges, as well as her mother, who recently joined their household following the devastating loss of Jorgia's father earlier this year.
Even amidst her sorrow, she manages a myriad of responsibilities — advocating for her daughter's educational support, attending to her family, and attempting to manage the relentless practicalities of maintaining a home. However, in her communication with us, she expressed herself with kindness, grace, and deep appreciation, rather than complaint.
Jorgia shared her feelings of fatigue — the type that arises from selflessly giving her all to those around her — and how even the minor tasks, like household upkeep, had become burdensome to manage on her own.
When we informed her of her selection as one of our winners for October, her humble and warm response truly touched us. She expressed sincere gratitude and conveyed what a significant impact this would have on her family. That moment served as a poignant reminder of why we undertake this initiative.
Our mission was to provide her with that same care, comfort, and relief she so generously offers others. While a clean and organized home may not resolve everything, it can certainly restore a sense of lightness on a burdensome day.

January Community Clean Winner: An Unnamed Family’s Story
Our January winner is a wonderful family of four — a devoted husband, a caring wife, and their two young children, who are just four and five years old. To protect their privacy, we are keeping their names confidential, but their heartfelt story touched every member of our team deeply.
This nomination came from the wife, who reached out not for herself, but for her husband. She shared with us how their lives were turned upside down a few years ago when he suddenly became gravely ill. Once energetic and independent as the family's primary provider, he was later diagnosed with numerous debilitating medical conditions that greatly diminished his mobility and strength.
However, we chose to recognize this family not solely because of his journey — it was her story that truly resonated.
Through every trial, there stood her steadfast love and quiet resilience. She has kept her family united amid heartbreak, fatigue, and uncertainty, gracefully juggling the roles of wife, mother, and caregiver with remarkable poise. She tirelessly maintains their household, keeps the children's spirits high, and supports her husband — all while asking for nothing in return.
Her message to us radiated warmth, humility, and hope. It brimmed with love for her family and appreciation for the little acts of kindness that give her the strength to persevere.
From the moment we heard their story, we knew this family deserved to be part of our October initiative. This transformation aimed not just at cleaning a home — it was about offering a respite to someone who dedicates herself completely to others.
For this amazing woman, we aimed to create a haven where she could take a moment to breathe. A home that exuded tranquility and peace, reminding her that her incredible strength is seen and valued.
This family's journey stands as a powerful testament to resilience, love, and the quiet heroism of those who shoulder the burden of care day in and day out. Their bravery inspired us all — and we were privileged to bring even a small amount of light and comfort into their lives.
January Community Clean Runner-Up: Jade’s Story
As our January runner-up, we are inundated with nominations for our Community Clean Giveaway — each entry a reminder of the remarkable courage and resilience found within our community. While we wish we could extend our help to every individual who enters, the reality is that it's just not feasible. However, every so often, a particular narrative resonates with us so profoundly that we feel compelled to act. This January, that poignant tale belonged to Jade.
Jade reached out with a profoundly heartfelt message, recounting her journey of coping with OCD while nurturing her precious 16-month-old daughter — a brave little girl who has faced multiple open-heart surgeries, with her latest procedure occurring in early October. Amidst the whirlwind of hospital visits, recovery times, and the everyday demands of motherhood and caregiving, Jade has found it increasingly difficult to maintain the home that means so much to her. For her, cleaning is not merely a chore — it's a vital way to manage her anxiety and instill a sense of order in an otherwise chaotic world. Yet, with so much to shoulder, even this has become a daunting task.
From the moment we learned of Jade's situation, we resolved to extend a hand of support to her and her daughter. This month, we provided them with a complimentary two-hour cleaning service. It may seem like a small act — but for Jade, we sincerely hope it brings her a moment of tranquility, a hint of normalcy, and a reminder that she is not alone in her struggles.
